Inappropriate fitness and obesity in young generation make a connection for many serious health problems like diabetes, heart disease, thyroids, weakening of spinal cord and many more.

Doing regular exercise is a must. Playing, walking, running, cycling, gardening, skipping, swimming, weight-lifting and yoga indulges you completely and helps maintain fit and healthy lifestyle.
